We repair removed injectors and pumps from Hyundai and Kia CRDi engines: the 2.5 (D4CB) in the H-1, Starex, Porter and Sorento, the 2.0 and 2.2 (D4EA, D4EB) in the Santa Fe, Tucson and Sportage.

Price: from 4,800 UAH for 4

Which fuel system it has

  • 2.5 CRDi (D4CB) in the Hyundai H-1 / Starex, Porter and Kia Sorento: early versions have Bosch 0 445 110 injectors and a Bosch CP1 or CP3 pump, some later ones Delphi injectors
  • 2.0 CRDi (D4EA) in the Tucson, Santa Fe and Kia Sportage: Bosch injectors and pump
  • 2.2 CRDi (D4EB) in the Santa Fe: Bosch 0 445 110 injectors

We accept newer Hyundai and Kia engines too: we identify the injector type from the number on its body.

Typical faults

With mileage the D4CB injectors start leaking into the return line and dribbling: the engine starts poorly, smokes and runs harshly. Another typical problem is a burnt-out sealing washer under the injector. Gases get into the injector well, the injector cokes up and seizes in the head, so it has to be removed carefully to avoid breaking the body.

Repair and price

We bench-test the injectors, replace valves and nozzles, and give you the before-and-after report. The price above is a guide for a set of 4 injectors. Pumps are repaired after an inspection with photos.

FAQ

How do I send parts for repair?

Remove the pump or injectors, plug the openings, pack them tightly and ship via Nova Poshta. Add a note with your phone number and car model. See the Delivery & payment page for details.

Do you give a warranty?

Yes, on the work done and installed parts. The terms are stated in the report.

When will I know the price?

After the bench test we call you to agree the price. We never start a repair without your approval.

Why check the turbocharger, injectors and pump together?

The turbocharger, injectors and high-pressure pump work as one system. Worn injectors flood the cylinders with excess fuel, which overloads the turbocharger. A worn pump contaminates the whole fuel system with metal shavings and damages the injectors. A faulty turbocharger delivers the wrong boost, so the engine runs with the wrong air-fuel balance. Repairing just one part often means the problem comes back, so we recommend having these units checked together: on the bench we find the root cause instead of only fixing the symptom.

What should I do if I notice signs of a fault?

Don't put it off: a small fault quickly becomes an expensive one. Don't rely on “miracle additives”: they don't restore worn parts. Don't drive if you hear grinding, see heavy smoke or the oil pressure drops. Get in touch: we'll advise you, test the removed parts on the bench and tell you honestly whether a repair is needed and which one.
