Who we are
This website belongs to the DieselMedic workshop ("we"). We repair removed diesel fuel pumps, injectors and turbochargers. This policy explains what data we receive, why, and how you can control it.
What data we receive
- When you call us or message us on Viber or Telegram: your name, phone number and the content of your messages
- When you send parts via Nova Poshta: the details on the waybill and your note — name, phone number, car make and model, description of the fault
- When you visit the website: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed. This technical data is processed automatically by our hosting and the services listed below
The website has no sign-up or payment forms, and we do not collect bank card details.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and agree the repair and its price
- To receive your parts and send them back via Nova Poshta
- To issue the test report and honour the warranty
- To keep the website stable and secure, and to improve the website and our advertising
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The website may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram) to count visits and see which ads bring enquiries. These services may store cookies in your browser and show you our ads on other websites (remarketing).

Each of these services processes data under its own privacy policy.
Storage and sharing
We keep enquiry and repair data for as long as needed for the repair, the warranty and our records, and then delete it. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except the services listed above or where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you can find out what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to its processing. To do so, contact us by phone or messenger — the buttons are below.
