VW Crafter and Amarok injector and pump repair across Ukraine

We repair removed injectors and pumps from the VW Crafter 2.5 TDI and 2.0 TDI and Amarok 2.0 TDI / BiTDI: Bosch piezo and solenoid injectors, CP3 and CP4.1 pumps. Bench test before and after.

Price: from 1,200 UAH

Which fuel system it has

  • Crafter 2.5 TDI (2006–2011), five-cylinder: Bosch 0 445 115 piezo injectors, Bosch CP3 pump
  • Crafter 2.0 TDI (2011–2016): Bosch 0 445 110 solenoid injectors, Bosch CP4.1 pump
  • Amarok 2.0 TDI and BiTDI (from 2010): Bosch injectors, piezo or solenoid depending on the version, Bosch CP4.1 pump

What usually fails

With mileage the 2.5 TDI piezo injectors start dribbling and leaking heavily into the return line: the engine loses power, smokes and starts poorly. On the 2.0 TDI the worst case is a CP4.1 pump failure: metal particles travel into the rail and injectors, and repairing the pump alone is no longer enough. If the engine suddenly cuts out and won't restart while the scanner shows a fuel pressure error, drain a little fuel from the filter: glittering particles in it are a bad sign.

Repair and price

We bench-test the injectors, replace the valve group and nozzles, and give you a report and correction codes. Pumps are repaired after an inspection with photos. The price above is per injector: the 2.5 TDI has five, the 2.0 TDI four.

FAQ

How do I send parts for repair?

Remove the pump or injectors, plug the openings, pack them tightly and ship via Nova Poshta. Add a note with your phone number and car model. See the Delivery & payment page for details.

Do you give a warranty?

Yes, on the work done and installed parts. The terms are stated in the report.

When will I know the price?

After the bench test we call you to agree the price. We never start a repair without your approval.

Why check the turbocharger, injectors and pump together?

The turbocharger, injectors and high-pressure pump work as one system. Worn injectors flood the cylinders with excess fuel, which overloads the turbocharger. A worn pump contaminates the whole fuel system with metal shavings and damages the injectors. A faulty turbocharger delivers the wrong boost, so the engine runs with the wrong air-fuel balance. Repairing just one part often means the problem comes back, so we recommend having these units checked together: on the bench we find the root cause instead of only fixing the symptom.

What should I do if I notice signs of a fault?

Don't put it off: a small fault quickly becomes an expensive one. Don't rely on “miracle additives”: they don't restore worn parts. Don't drive if you hear grinding, see heavy smoke or the oil pressure drops. Get in touch: we'll advise you, test the removed parts on the bench and tell you honestly whether a repair is needed and which one.
